What a Share is — and is not
PeopleX Shares represent a recorded position in a creator’s PeopleX asset. They can influence current membership access and appear in your portfolio, while creator-defined tiers can unlock posts, Community, messages, Events, and Drops.
A PeopleX Share does not automatically represent legal equity in a creator, a creator company, music royalties, sponsorship revenue, or YouTube income. Legal and financial availability can depend on future infrastructure and jurisdiction.
Fixed supply and price
Every creator has exactly 1,000,000 lifetime PeopleX Shares. That supply is fixed. A creator’s asking price is the price they choose for available inventory; PeopleX Estimated Price is a valuation reference, and Last Transaction Price describes a completed transaction when one exists.
Demand can increase or decrease. A Share’s value, ability to trade, and access to a specific market are not guaranteed.
Shares and membership
Creators define levels such as Holder, Inner Circle, or VIP. Current holdings are checked when you access protected content or Community, so selling down can change access immediately. Membership is not a permanent badge stored outside your balance.
A private portfolio
Your holdings, orders, rewards, and transaction history live in your authenticated portfolio. Private purchases remain financially real while staying hidden from public social presentation.
PeopleX Shares may rise or fall in value. Returns and liquidity are not guaranteed, and Shares do not automatically represent equity in a creator or company. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.
Frequently asked questions
Are PeopleX Shares company equity?
Not automatically. PeopleX Shares are creator-linked assets inside PeopleX and do not by themselves represent equity in a creator or company.
Can a Share lose value?
Yes. Share values may rise or fall, and liquidity or resale is not guaranteed.
What does a creator’s fixed supply mean?
Each creator has exactly 1,000,000 lifetime Shares. The supply does not dilute.
